Today, 97 residents of Harapan Island, North Thousand Islands have received land certificates from North Jakarta National Land Agency (BPN) for free. It is a part of government's program named Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) or Complete Systematic Land Registration launched in 2018.

"104 residents have submitted their documents before, but only 97 that have been verified by National Land Agency," informed Adi Apandi, Harapan Island Urban Village Head, Saturday (7/6).
Commission A-BPN Reviewed PTSL 2018 ProcessNorth Jakarta BPN's PTSL 2019 Fifth Team Leader, Dwi Krisna Aris stated, his side has also handed over 647 land certificates for free to residents of Kelapa Island, North Thousand Islands last week.
"PTSL program facilitates people to get land certificates for free," he added.
